Big Hollow Kitchen is a breakfast pop-up here to bring the sunny side up vibes to your morning, whether it’s at a farmer’s market, community event, or your wedding morning. We’re certified breakfast lovers, and we pour that love into every sandwich we make. We make our english muffins from scratch, and our sandwiches are made with hyper-local ingredients that highlight the Vermont farmers and purveyors that make our state so special.
Big Hollow Kitchen is for the lovers of all kinds: love for community, love for your farmers, and love for a really great breakfast.
MARKET MENU
We're Kelly and Amanda, a married couple living in Addison county who are certified breakfast lovers. Big Hollow Kitchen was born out of something pretty simple: a love for each other, a love for the farmers and makers in our community, and a shared belief that food is the thing that brings everyone to the table.
Amanda has spent her career close to food, working on farms, in recipe development as a registered dietitian nutritionist, and in food policy. Kelly has done farm pop-ups and outdoor cooking for years, not as a career, just because feeding people is one of her favorite things to do. Together that turned into this: a little kitchen with a big heart, showing up at farmers markets to share what we love with the neighbors who inspire us.
